Are you looking for something minimal like a roundel or something highly detailed like a coat of arms?

Although I specialise in minimalist designs I can also do some 3D work in After Effects for banners etc.

Any specific colours that represent OFPS? Is this like a ground-up ideas forum or a 1960s rebranding? And no, that's not Helvetica, that's the best typeface, Akzidenz-Grotesk.
